At The Portal we practice a specific form of traditional yoga that is known as Tantra Hatha Yoga.

Tantra Hatha Yoga is a complete practice (sarvanga sadhana) that combines physical poses (asanas), with breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to move towards the totality of balancing or better maintain the energies of the bodies.
